One system for everything that watches the house and everything that talks: the alarm, the cameras, the locks and an intercom in every room.
“who is at the door, from wherever you are”
The alarm. Arms itself when the last phone leaves and lets you in by face when the first one is back. Contacts on every door, gate and window, motion in every room, glass-break, siren and strobe, smoke, CO and leak.
Cameras and locks. Three cameras, and smart locks on the door, the gate and the garage.
Access windows. The cleaner and the gardener get their own windows. A courier is told to leave it in the porch from your phone.
The intercom. A station at the gate, at the front door and in every room that matters, and your phones when nobody is in. Room-to-room calls and announcements.
